Oluwashina Lanray Awere, a Nigerian based in Belgium was thrown to the wonderful feel of home after receiveing the food he ordered from Dupe Catering—a Belgian based catering company with years of wealthy experience.
Awere’s order, Booli(grilled plantain) with red pepper sauce, is a very valid delight in the mentions of Nigeria’s food thrills.
The order also included a special delicacy locally known in Nigeria as ewa agoyin, a mashed beans with a spicy sauce on top of it. And to add relish, fried fish which is locally called eja din din was also with the food. The splendour of food is its taste and the taste of food is home in itself.

Food is one of the cultural identities of a people and Awere’s Booli with red pepper sauce, ewa agoyin and eja din din are glorious identities depicting home. He didn’t need to buy a ticket.
