FCA 2019: Explore the exciting moments

The Year 2019 ended with the dawn of a new Era in Africa’s fashion terrain – the maiden edition of Fashion Connect Africa (FCA 2019).

Likened to a season movie with great episodes, the African fashion event which took place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra, was hosted by two fahion-loving personages: one of Ghana’s topmost TV personality cum Radio host, the delectable Berla Mundi and Kwesi Kyei Darkwah popularly known as KKD.

Held on Tuesday 30, December 2019, the maiden event joins legions of event contributing to what makes the trending hashtag #DecemberinGhana to thrive with its offerings of exploring the beauty of Africa through the form of art with “The Untold Story” presentation by fashion couturiers of international reputation.

Musical performances by the Manifest and the provider of western and African culture-feel music–Wihala who engaged some of the attendees with an exciting dance move, was a thrilling and dazzling experience.

The Untold Story presentation by David Tlale, Duaba Serwa, Emmy Kasbi, Van Vorsh, Mod.hq, Beam Bold, Chocolate Clothing, A-Kinko and Atto Tetteh was in itself a wonderful attraction of the event.

The Vintange Vlisco’s Swarovski Crytals, ANKV, Nyonuvi; the Grand GTP’s Eugene d’wise, Sena Bryte, Jay Ray and the Wonders of Woodin’s Clatural, Alleluia, Larry Jay, and House of Paon followed through with making the runway a valid episode.
