ACCRA – Foreign-owned shops at the tip-toe lane of the Kwame Nkrumah Circle has been closed. The reason is retail trading is the preserve of Ghanaians. Some of the foreign traders say they have legal document given to them by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) who ordered that the shops should be closed. GHONE TV has the story.
