Celebrating their years together as one, a Nigerian couple based in Belgium, Olumide Toyinbo and Dupe Toyinbo share moments of their celebration with Godfrey Times Love Thursday (GTLT).
August 11 is beyond a special day for this couple and they enjoy the thrills of joy it gives them. Last year was celebrated with some family members and friends in Nigeria but this year’s celebration was just within them and yes they made the most of it.
Dupe Toyinbo, who is the woman behind the food that is giving joy to Africans in Belgium and bringing the feel of home to them through Dupe Catering Service, expressed her joy with series of posts on her Facebook timeline describing the day as ” Goosh!

On this day 2 years ago the journey to forever started, it was the most wonderful decision I took to share my entire life with you, we may not have it all put together, but happy together in our imperfections ❤. Our LOVE life is so special. We got married because the love we have for each other kept tormenting us that we can hardly sleep without being in the arms of one another. It was HOT!…YES! And it is still, and will be like that for many years to come.
I believe Marriage is a relationship that is developed upon the faith and trust which the couple shows on each other. The wheels of the vehicle called marriage is LOVE. The importance of Love in marriage is endless. To us as a couple, we are benefiting from the fruits of Love that is the foundation of our union. The health benefits, very special bond, fantastic sex life, the stress reduction and less anxieties in our daily lives. We cherish our freedom and peace of mind. Understanding each other and learning to cope with the ups and downs in our relationship helps us afloat of any misunderstandings. Which without LOVE, partners could not have been able to enjoy a happy, healthy and promising relationship. Together we LOVE life. It is important that we enjoy ourselves as much as we can. Life is too short.
