The 2023 Oscars (held Sunday night at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles) was a celebration of everyone who attended the awards event. It was a night of all the 23 categories. Yes, that’s right. The movie community wanted all the categories back in and the Oscars graciously listened.
The Oscars is Hollywood’s biggest stage, where actors and actresses are given a recognition that is an honor of a lifetime. But you know what? I am not here to talk about the winners, highlights, red carpet photos or who won big. No. I want to show you the moment that began the night. Oh yes.
Jimmy Kimmel was the host for the 95th Oscars and his opening monologue was entertaining, hilarious and informative.
It was his turn to make attendees of the night sit in the theater for three and a half hours and he did that with an art sired by him.
Remember the RRR dance? A group of performers from the movie RRR danced Kimmel off the stage with the dance.
